From the very beginning our business philosophy has been that we strive to treat our customers the way they would want to be treated.

That is why we have our 90-day guarantee. In the beginning, very few software companies gave a guarantee longer than 30 days. Even fewer would let you return a program after using it.

We felt that if we trusted our customers, that trust would be returned. We have rarely been disappointed.

With rare exceptions, we do not ship a program if we know it has a bug and we can fix it.

If a customer finds a problem, we will do our best to correct it and send a free update.

We are always interested in hearing from our customers. Sometimes a customer will teach us something about our programs. We have heard some fascinating stories. One customer used EasyGrapher to design her kitchen.

Privacy

Privacy in a computer-dominated world is a bigger issue than most people realize.

We value your privacy as much as we value ours. Just so you know, we do not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute or disseminate customer, or potential customer, names or other information to anyone without their permission.

A very limited exception is if a non-commercial opportunity arises to present EasyGrapher customers with information we think would be useful. Currently the only exception is for a one-time sending of invitations to join an EasyGrapher-related Yahoo group.
