If you have previous versions of our programs, you may be eligible to purchase programs at a reduced price. Please call or email us for details. In some cases you can order with upgrade pricing on our web site. Note that for upgrade orders we confirm that you are a registered customer before shipping. 

Shipping policy

We will email you a confirmation that we received your order. We normally ship orders within a couple of business days. Your card is not charged until your order is shipped.

Shipping is a flat rate for one to three items. If you have questions for shipping greater quantities, please contact us directly. If you order 2 or 3 programs, you need only include shipping for the first.

We usually ship via UPS regular ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail for U.S. orders and USPS Air Mail for orders outside the United States. If you have different shipping needs, please contact us directly via email or telephone.

We are not responsible for customs duties or similar charges that the receiving countries may charge for orders shipped outside of the United States. However, we are open to suggestions as to how we can legally minimize duties our customers must pay.
